It fits comfortably with elastic around the shoulders and sleeves. This dress is handmade with love by Mexican Artisans in Puebla, Mexico. This dress is embroidered and totally unique. The floral pattern remains the same but the embroidered colors may vary on each dress. Belt is sold separately
